Using our stories as a starting point we created a workshop for Swindon schools around the themes of Challenges, Journeys and Belonging. The pilot workshops ran in June and our students considered not just the stories of the Nationwide employees but their own stories too. 

After games and discussions around the themes, we challenged our students to take it in turns to be the film crew, the interviewer and the interviewed.
